Refunds & Returns
Once your order is accepted, you will receive an automated notification from the website. You have until the order ships to request a refund. Please contact me at hello@shoplora.com if you would like to request a full refund.
At this time, I am unable to process returns for goods that have already shipped. If your order has not arrived, please reach out via email to hello@shoplora.com, and we will try and determine the best course of action.
Exchanges
I only replace goods that are defective or damaged. Please note that exchanges may not be available for limited-edition goods. Please email hello@shoplora.com if you would like to exchange an item.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
