Shipping times may be a little longer than usual as the USA and other countries navigate the pandemic, so please be patient!
We are a one-woman shop and currently turning around orders in 3-5 days. If you need your goods faster, consider using one of our expedited shipping options (that means I make an extra-special post office trip just for you!).
At this time, we do not accept returns. Please be super sure when you place your order that your are ordering the correct item! Prints are hard to return and restock undamaged, so we appreciate your help in making sure that you're ordering the correct items off the bat. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to remedy the situation. 🥰
Commissions: "Can I hire you to do an illustration of my dog, family, or favorite food?"
Short answer is yes! I take commissions on a case-by-case basis and only try to take on what I can reasonably finish to the utmost quality. However, due to bandwidth I am not currently taking on any commissions until May 2021. If you're interested in collaborating on a commission, shoot me an email at email@example.com
Gift Messages: "Can you write a note to my auntie with my gift order?"
The answer is also yes! I can include gift notes with an order in place of a packing slip. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and message and I'll get it packed up with your order.
Tattoos: "Can I get your artwork permanently inked on my body?"
